Norton Park Chalet Owners Association is a volunteer-run association with memebership open to every chalet owner at Norton Park (with some minor exceptions). We collectively represent members on a variety of issues and try to work for the good of Norton Park in general. We are here to help chalet owners with their enquiries about their property, electricity, ground rent and water.

We can provide information for prospective chalet owners who are thinking about buying a chalet. You'll find information on costs, ground rent, letting your chalet and many other issues.

In recent years, we have contributed towards a CCTV system that monitors the central areas and bins. The CCTV has acted as a strong deterrent to fly-tippers and the general public parking up on the site.

It costs just £20 a year to join. Together we are better.

We have a collective voice and we can try to solve problems that affect all chalet owners.
