The Norton Park Chalet Owners Association is open to (nearly) every chalet owner at Norton Park.

 

We collectively represent members on a variety of issues. We are here to help current chalet owners with their enquiries about site issues, their property, electricity, ground rent and water.

We send out a regular newsletter with all the latest news and have an annual AGM.

In the last couple of years, we have contributed towards a CCTV system that monitors the central areas and bins. The CCTV has acted as a strong deterrent to fly-tippers and youngsters parking up on the site.  We have also bought a defibrillator for the site.

It costs just £20 a year to join. Member have access to the dedicated Members Area with a range of information, help and support. 

 

We work for the good of Norton Park in general and, as an organisation, we are over 20 years old. Together we are better. We have a collective voice which we can use to try to solve problems that affect all chalet owners.
