Set in 20 acres, the site has 263 one & two bedroom chalets. Chalets are for holiday use only - you cannot live at Norton Park. The park overlooks the River Dart to the south, countryside to the east and Start Bay to the west. There is plenty of parking on site and each chalet has a parking space.

Norton Park has a full time manager. Employed by the freeholder, Jamie manages all the site maintenance, cuts the grass and keeps 

everything tidy and in good order. Norton Park is dog friendly and there are dog bins throughout the park.

The old hotel building is now gone and there are no facilities at Norton Park. The newly landscaped area provides a lovely green open space to sit and admire the views, play or walk your dog! There's a wood too and a "secret garden". The Chalet Owners Association has added picnic tables and benches.
